Our construction capabilities and experience include mechanical and plumbing contracting services for both negotiated and competitive-bid projects. We also provide project consulting services, design and implementation of temperature controls, and any work required for air conditioning, heating, plumbing, refrigeration, and process piping systems. Florida Mechanical LLC excels in the area of chilled water air conditioning systems for heavy to light commercial use. Florida Mechanical LLC has certified welders to provide X-ray quality welds. Welding processes include semi-automatic SMAW, GMAC (mig), GTAW (tig), and FCAW (flux-core). In addition to our extensive work in the education, government, medical office, and high-rise industries, Florida Mechanical LLC has also provided construction services for food processing plants, waste-water treatment plants, and ammonia refrigeration facilities.
