Our History
Since 1987, Our company LLC has been a leading mechanical and plumbing contractor in South Florida. During this time, Florida Mechanical LLC has successfully completed tens of millions of dollars worth of construction projects in many industries, including education, government, medical, office, and high-rise.
Florida Mechanical LLC is licensed as a state certified Mechanical and Plumbing Contractor. We focus on the project management, fabrication, installation, and service of both negotiated and competitive-bid projects. We specialize in process piping and fabrication, and our unique ability to prefabricate our field installations in our custom fab shop helps us excel with time sensitive projects.
Our People
Florida Mechanical’s project managers work in conjunction with general contractors, design engineers, owners, and our work force to meet specific requirements, maintain job schedules, and stay within budgets. The project managers at Florida Mechanical also use the most recent technical and computer-aided resources, along with extensive hands-on experience to insure our competitive performance.
Our field supervisors at Florida Mechanical LLC are highly experienced to insure all projects are constructed in accordance with the design specifications. All supervisors are matched to each project based on technical experience, background and education.
The craftsmen at Florida Mechanical LLC are highly skilled and possess both the talent and experience to perform superior quality piping work. We are equipped to meet your stainless steel piping and tube needs in all schedules. Our skilled craftsmen also utilize automatic welding machines including an orbital welder. We produce X-ray quality welds on large bore and heavy wall stainless and carbon steel piping.
Florida Mechanical’s Service Division has extensive experience in every aspect of HVAC systems including air-handling equipment, boilers, chillers, pumps, refrigeration equipment, and controls. Florida Mechanical LLC can handle all air-conditioning, ventilation, and heating requirements.
The management and support teams at Florida Mechanical LLC provide guidance and support to all our teams through extensive experience, frequent training, and great communication. We insure our teams execute the highest level of performance while maintaining focus on our business philosophy of creativity, consistency, and commitment.
Our Facilities
Florida Mechanical currently has 4,500 sq. ft. of office space, a 10,000 sq. ft. fabrication shop, and 1.5 acres of outside storage. Our fab shop is structured so that we can manage multiple jobs simultaneously, and our outside area provides plenty of space for incoming equipment and outgoing pipe fabrications.
